  • Tourist attractions

This is the only bicycle museum in Japan, which exhibits various bicycles from the world’s oldest model made of wood to models appeared in Olympic games.

In this facility, both adults and children can watch, learn and experience bicycles, which are very popular vehicles, kind to both people and nature.
There are various sections such as an AV hall, which demonstrates the history of bicycles from its birth to current situation at home and abroad by movie, a library with a collection of related materials, a 2F exhibit area of around 50 bicycles including precious classic ones (total of 300 bicycles exhibited), the latest racing ones and mountain bikes gathered worldwide, and a hands-on area of bicycle mechanism where you can learn about breaks and transmission systems.
You can test ride a replica of a classic bicycle at “Bicycle Square” in Daisen Park next to the museum.
There are other attractions such as a bicycle riding school and other seasonal events.
