Stylish flourishing street that aligns from department stores to select shops
Shinsaibashi is a district with its center of Mido-suji, the Dotonbori Boulevard and Chuo-Odori Boulevard running in the direction of north-south and Naniwa-suji Boulevard and Sakai-suji Boulevard running in the direction of east-west. Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street, east of Dotonbori Boulevard, is Osaka's representative flourishing street including department stores, specialty stores, luxury brand stores and so on. Shinsaibashi-suji is the street with huge arch gate, and on the opposite of Nishishinsaibashi, there is the Amerika-mura, which has more than 2500 fashion stores for youth. With many young people coming here for shopping everyday, it is quite lively.
