The museum where you can learn the history of Japanese sake.
There are two museums, the Brewery Wing and the Memorial Wing.
In the Brewery Wing, located inside a brewery built in 1869, you can see brewing equipment, watch videos and listen to old songs of sake brewing.
You can also enter a vat with a diameter of 2.3m and take pictures of yourself wearing a Happi coat.
The Memorial Wing is a brick building that blends in with the townscape, and hosts 5 exhibitions a year including one about brewing information.
(Reopened in April 2016)
You can enjoy food and shopping next door at the "Hakushika Classics".
