Nara's representative local cuisine "kakinohazushi" Sohonke Hiraso
The long-established shop Kakinohazushi Hiraso started in 1861, while the Nara branch opened in 1968. It is located in Naramachi, where the atmosphere of the ancient capital remains, and Sarusawa Pond is situated just around the corner. While listening to the sound of the bell of Kofukuji, please enjoy the famous Kakinoha Sushi, tea ceremony, Miwa noodles, and other local dishes and seasonal dishes from Nara.
Furthermore, aside from eating and buying souvenirs, please also use the opportunity to experience handmaking the popular kakinohazu sushi, various gatherings, and even banquets. Reservations are accepted.
