Mikasa, the main dining room, offers traditional French cuisine in a luxurious atmosphere that hasn’t changed since the hotel’s founding. Japanese restaurant Hanagiku, meanwhile, serves an abundance of selected seasonal delicacies which are beautifully presented in traditional ware.
