A facility where you can learn about the making process and history of Japanese sake.
A wooden sake brewery built in the Taisho era has been preserved and opened to the public as a sake brewing museum.
The museum faithfully recreates the traditional sake-making process with life-sized figures depicting brewery workers at work, along with authentic tools that were once used.
One of the highlights is the opportunity to enjoy free tastings of freshly pressed unprocessed sake.
