The BSC Watersports Centre is located on the green and verdant Horaihama on the west side of the lake. Founded in 1973, it now has close to 40 years of experience in teaching yachting, kayaking, windsurfing and other water sports. They offer a range of courses that also allow you to take in the natural beauty of Lake Biwa.
