- Specialty Products
Established in 1889, Nihonmori recreates the image of the brick-built sake breweries that were prevalent during the Meiji period, influenced by the trend of modernization and Westernization. It's a recommended spot for photography.
Inside the premises, there's a shop offering a wide selection of sake, liqueurs, and sake utensils. There's also a restaurant called "Hanasaki" where you can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine paired with sake. Additionally, there's a glass studio where you can experience glassblowing.
After enjoying making your own original sake utensils and glasses, you can indulge in sake and Japanese cuisine at the restaurant and purchase your favorite sake from the shop.
Furthermore, they sell "Nama Genshu," sake that has not undergone any heating or dilution processes after its production.
